There are no less than 108 parks in Brevard County, all of them free and fun for the whole family. Every so often, Brevard Happening profiles one of these community gems.
This week: Suseda Park, 5805 Murrell Road in Viera.
This park is quiet, accessible and clean, the perfect place to take your family for an hour of playtime, a leisurely stroll or a picnic. It includes a fenced playground that includes a rock climbing wall, multiple slides and lookout towers.
At Suseda Park, you will also find a small but beautiful lake and a walking trail that winds throughout its pristine grounds. If you’re looking for a serene place to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors, this is a great place. It just has that “Wow, I’m lucky to live here,” kind of feel to it.
Other perks of this park? Well, it’s close to everything Viera has to offer, including the Brevard Zoo and Avenue at Viera. But most importantly, it has nice, clean bathroom facilities.
